The Firm
Formed in 1992, Donner & Paslawsky Commercial Realty LLC has been one of the most professional commercial brokers in New Jersey. Active on a statewide basis, we have a combined total of forty five years of real estate experience. Donner & Paslawsky can proudly state the one fact of which we are most proud: Since our firm’s inception we have handled over $100,000,000.00 in commercial real estate transactions. We deal with every facet of realty including the sale and lease of retail, office, raw land, mixed use, multifamily, and industrial properties.

Wayne L. Donner
A licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985, Wayne Donner specializes in the brokerage of commercial real estate. He has been successfully negotiating real estate transactions since 1976, and has been active in commercial real estate since 1981. Prior to teaming up with Nick Paslawsky to form Donner & Paslawsky, Donner ran his own real estate firm, Wayne Donner Realty, for seven years. He has also sold commercial properties and leased office space throughout New Jersey.

Nicholas W. Paslawsky
Nick Paslawsky began his career with Merck & Co. (pharmaceuticals), where he was manager of the Financial Evaluations and Acquisitions department. In 1987, he left Merck to join a real estate development group where he was responsible for leasing two shopping centers (Brook 35 Plaza and Wall Circle Plaza) and an office condominium complex. During his tenure, he maintained 100 % occupancy in both shopping centers and leased or sold 75% of the office complex. In 1989, he became a partner in The Brook Properties. In 1990, Paslawsky joined a partnership which developed six commercial buildings and three residential subdivisions (totaling 122 units) in New Jersey and Delaware.

In 1992, Paslawsky joined forces with Wayne Donner to form Donner & Paslawsky Commercial Realty. Nick holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in economics from Rutgers University.

Matthew J. Perrone
After graduating from Cornell University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, Matthew worked as a sales representative for the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline. For years he was consistently ranked in the top ten percent of the sales force. In 2002, he sought to work in the commercial real estate industry. After reviewing many opportunities Matthew chose Donner & Paslawsky. He believed that the firm put the customer first, had unparalleled integrity and the experience necessary to bring success.
